How Can swelling And Pain In The Legs Be Treated?

I have tendanisit in ankle now my leg swell and fell like i can feel a buble or something move when i rub back of cafe beforr that i started to have pain from ankle shoot up to my cafe now i can feel this bubble or lump whats wrong when i rub it it moves

Your symptoms seem to be related to tendinitis.

I would recommend using noninflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen to treat the swelling and inflammation.

You can use ice compresses for relief.

I also recommend using noninflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren gel.
